Repair of customer owned equipment is, as far as possible, set at a fixed price which will be quoted at the time of enquiry. This price will be upheld in almost all cases, although there may be situations where the quoted price is inaccurate, for example, a smashed tube in a monitor. In this instance the customer will be informed and asked how they wish to proceed. The company will not charge for any repair which has not been completed to the customers satisfaction and at no time will the company invoice more than has been mutually agreed.
This method of
pricing has been found to be more conducive to creating positive customer
relationships than simply quoting worst case figures, where relatively
minor repairs are made more costly than is necessary.
